The most frustrating part was I called my independent Progressive agent and he told me he could not do better than the price I was paying. Why don't the agents have access to the same info that the company reps have?

I must have got the best person that worked there the day I called to get boat insurance. The lady knew absolutely every answer to all my questions and it helped me out tremendously. She’s the best.

Progressive can do better on pricing. Many of us rarely ever have a claim, but we still pay unreasonably high insurance premiums.

I purchase Progressive insurance through a licensed agent. Progressive offers RV coverage which is a better option for me. I shop insurance annually because it seems I get my customer loyalty increase at every renewal.
