Everyone that I came in contact with over the phone were very helpful explaining everything I had to do

Just signed up. Had to visit agent twice after signing for more clarification on questions.

I am just starting to get to know Progressive so I still am not in a position to judge Progressive fairly. So far, I like the company. It has good customer service and great rates. Thank you.

Pleased I got the policy I wanted and at an affordable rate.

They brought my car insurance down by 1k. I was being gouged by The Hartford/AARP. I hope Progressive doesn’t do the same within 3 years!!!

Good so far about to get bundled soon

Progressive has been great this far as we’ve only started for about a month. We were nervous to switch as I felt they were an ‘internet’ based insurer;……and maybe they are. I was hesitant to leave our other auto insurance carrier of nearly ten years. Progressive made the transition easy and their online experience is really smooth. Then a few weeks later, a passing car kicked up something that made a big mark on my windshield. That’s frustrating! A few weeks in and I have to make a glass claim. Poor luck I guess. Progressive made the claim process easy; again,..some of it was online and really simple. Yesterday, Safelight fixed my windshield. Smooth process and we are very happy. Thank you Progressive!
