Progressive gave me the best rate anywhere saving me almost $1400.00/year even with a much more costly PELP (Umbrella Policy). Their Snapshot program should definitely be looked at if you are a prospective policy holder.

The employees are always available and knowledgeable. Although the programs are not flexible such as in my case where I have 2 residences and the worst of the 2 locations were considered for underwriting.Flexibility is needed.
